Power of SmallRashi Bhargava
My name is Rashi Bhargava, and I own a solo business called SBS FIN. Money was never a topic of conversation in my household, or a subject taught in school during my growing up years. Like any Indian family, my parents always discussed the importance of saving money rather than letting it work for us so that we may build wealth.
I began working in 2003, yet my biggest regret is that I did not begin investing and saving in a focused manner throughout the early years of my employment. I am aware that my income at the time was low, but it is not an excuse.
Don’t underestimate the value (saying this based on my experience) of even a small sum of money when it comes to investment, is the point I’m trying to make, even only one hundred rupees.
Sharing screenshot of my Nephew’s SIP which I had started in June 2007.The SIP was for 5 years. Though I did not renew the SIP, but the money is invested in the fund. In 5 years, I had invested Rs.6,100 and current value as on 11th Oct,2022 was Rs.39,348.71. That’s the power of SMALL and power of Equity.
Thanks for sharing! Good read, explains the crux of investing.
