Wrapped my 2nd Think Week Break in Thinking mode with some reflections:
1.Its important to Disconnect in order to Reconnect
2.The best therapy is taking a break from routine
3.Because I love my work, I need to take a break
4.Its okay to be selfish to take a break
5.Its important to Rest mind and calm your heart
6.Pause and reset yourself
8.Sometimes most productive thing one can do is to relax
9.Calm mind is the ultimate weapon against challenges of life. So relax.
10.Relax…its your time.
