ROI on Self
We regularly fret over the return on investment (ROI) of our efforts. Instead, it’s more important to put money into one’s own future. The best long-term return comes from making this investment (ROI).
Since I went it alone, I’ve put a lot of time and effort into expanding my knowledge base, honing my craft, and gaining confidence, all of which have allowed me to better utilize my latent abilities.
Our ability to help others depends on our own willingness to invest in honing our skills and abilities. You have to love yourself first before you can expect other people to love you, and one way to show that love is to invest in yourself.
How come money spent on oneself yields such fruitful results?
Putting money into yourself is a statement to both you and the world. What I am saying is that I am willing to invest my time, effort, and attention into developing and realizing the value and potential that I possess.
