Why I’m Writing Footnotes from My Walk
Because walking has been my way to breathe, reflect, and realign — especially on days when life feels heavy.
The past few years of life have been a mix of caregiving, work, creativity, and constant motion. Amid it all, these daily walks became my way to process, to stay grounded, and to find meaning in the ordinary.
Each walk gives me time to listen — to my thoughts, to the world around me, and to the quiet strength within.
I started writing these footnotes to capture those tiny moments of awareness — reminders that healing doesn’t need grand gestures, just small, consistent steps.<
And maybe, by sharing these glimpses, someone else will feel nudged to step outside too — to walk, to notice, to pause, and to find their own rhythm of calm.
