If you’re looking for a simple solution to reduce stress, cleaning your life and surroundings may be a smart place to start. Eliminating extra belongings can improve your mental health by making you feel calmer, happier, and more in charge. A cleaner environment might lead to a calmer state of mind.
Since I began exploring my passion for organizing formally, I have been considering decluttering a great deal. I felt my vitality being stifled by the chaos at home. My parents and I have lived in the same residence for 38 years. We had no idea we had accumulated so many things.

Go through your financial statements and create a budget to help you save money and reduce unnecessary expenses. Consider selling items you no longer need or use to generate extra income.
Identify sources of stress in your life and develop a plan to manage or reduce that stress. Consider incorporating meditation or mindfulness practices into your daily routine.
Evaluate your career goals and determine if your current job aligns with those goals. Consider seeking new opportunities that may better align with your passions and strengths.
Evaluate your digital habits and consider taking a break from social media or limiting your screen time. Consider decluttering your digital life by deleting old files or organizing your digital files and folders.
