Footnotes from My Walk | 7 October 2025 — Day 7
Morning drizzle made me lazy — I told myself I’d walk in the evening instead. But the universe had other plans. By late afternoon, it was raining cats and dogs, and the road outside my apartment was flooded. My six-day streak suddenly looked like it might end there.
That’s when my ever-kind ground-floor neighbour and senior friend, Kanta Aunty, came to my rescue. I managed to do a quick 2k walk inside her house — proof that when you truly want to stay consistent, life opens up unexpected paths (and living rooms!).
Today’s lesson: momentum matters more than perfection. Keep moving, even if the ground beneath your feet changes. 🌧️
